TwentyEleven is the default theme with all current WordPress installations.

The standard color for the menu bar in that theme is black.

The 'Menubar Color Changer' plugin allows an admin to customize that color through the theme customization mechanism recently added with WordPress.

This means an admin can simply go to the theme customizer and select the desired color for the menu bar using an user-friendly color chooser.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
